Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions,
- Unused & In the same condition that you received.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the product doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
- We need a 360 degree video of opening the product packet.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ethnicgears.in Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions about the return pickup & shipping details.
Please note that, a coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of a refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. – Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 150 which will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 150 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.
Cancellation Policy
We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
Damages
All our orders are properly Quality Checked before dispatch. In case if the item is defective, damaged on transit or if you receive the wrong item, Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost.
